At HP I managed a small team of designers working on a project for small to medium business. We managed 32 countries in 18 different languages, including the ever so complicated ones like Hebrew and Arabic. 

I managed the skills and talents of colleagues to provide the strongest possible solutions with the resources available to us and worked to identify the flaws in internal processes & management structures, and introduced solutions to streamline processes through internal trainings and simplifying structure.
